1. Introduction

This guide is for uploading programs to Dataloggers (Product code D1). This method will be for the cases where there are 2 files for the logger. One will be named after the DAS number with a version number eg. 2177-296(V1.00). The second file will be named Constants.dld.

Note: This format of program was adopted following DAS number 2177-296. Loggers with a lower serial number than this will not have the Constants.dld file and can be uploaded using the send function on the connect screen of loggernet.

2. Steps

Firstly connect to your datalogger using the connect screen in Loggernet. Then select File Control (Fig 1.).

Select Send and navigate to the Constants.dld file, this will require the file type in the drop down box changed to all. Then select Open (Fig 2.).

On the pop up screen that appears untick the run now and run on power up options. Then select OK (Fig 3.).

After the file has uploaded. Select send again but this time selecting the other program file eg. 2177-296(V1.00) this may also require the drop down box changed to all. Then select Open (Fig 4.).

This time on the pop up screen that appears tick the run now and run on power up options. Then select OK (Fig 5.).

Once the program has compiled successfully it will start to run and a reading will immediately be initiated.
